The purpose of manager social media of ALTRGO is to promote their value ("Everyone can become hero through sharing their skill to others") to Hongkongers. But the way of promoting cannot be too hard selling, it is not accepted by their target audience - Teenageres. Therefore the social media direction has been set to become more mean and related to audiences, which can more echo with the company image (friendly, active and young).
